Ffeeza

Run your investment club or savings group inside BodaPro. Ffeeza keeps track of members, contributions, loans, investments, meetings and documents, and produces the financial reports, so everyone in the club works from the same figures.

What you get

Clubs set up your way. Savings are always on. You can switch Loans, Shares and Investments on or off for each club, so a savings-only group sees only what it uses.

Members and committee. Add members by email, or let people ask to join with the club's join code. Each club names its own committee posts (Chairperson, Treasurer, Patron…), and each post grants an access level: Member, Treasurer, Secretary or Admin.

Payments with proof. Members report a payment with a photo, PDF or pasted mobile-money message. The treasurer reviews the proof and confirms the payment, which then becomes a contribution in the club's records.

Bank accounts. List the bank accounts and mobile money numbers members pay into, and mark one as primary. Every member can see them, with a button to copy the number, and the primary account appears when they submit a payment. Only the committee can change them.

Contributions and expenses. Record shares and savings, and categorise what the club spends. If an expense is recorded by mistake, you void it with a reason. It is never deleted, so the history stays complete.

Loans with guarantors and approvals. Define loan products with your club's rates and terms. A member applies and names guarantors, and the loan goes to the committee once every guarantor has accepted. The club sets how many committee approvals a loan needs, and one rejection turns it down. Nobody approves their own loan, and you can set clubs to approve small loans automatically.

Investments. Track what the club owns, update its value, record dividends, and close an investment when the club exits.

Meetings and votes. Schedule meetings, take attendance and minutes, and open and close votes.

Documents and opportunities. Keep the constitution, bylaws, agreements and minutes in one place. Share investment opportunities with the club.

Financial periods. Close the year and pay out each member's share of the interest the club earned.

Reports. See the club's balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow, member contributions, investment performance and loan portfolio.

Notifications. Get loan reminders, meeting reminders and payment updates. You choose which ones you receive for each club.

Ask BIP about your club. Select the Ffeeza context and ask, for example, who is behind on contributions or what the club spent this quarter. BIP acts only with your access level, and it asks you before it changes anything.

Getting started

1. Click the Ffeeza icon in the activity bar to open the sidebar.
2. Choose New club to start a club, or Join with a code to ask to join an existing one.
3. Open a club to see its overview, then choose a section (Members, Payments, Loans, Reports…) from the sidebar.

Ffeeza works in BodaPro on the desktop and on the web. For the club community feed (investment news and members' posts), install the Newsfeed extension.
